I took the services of BlackForest holidays for Singapore visa for myself and my son. Both Mr Bhojkumar and Leela did a very good job. They were very prompt in responding to my queries and the service they provided was quick and efficient. I had recently planned a trip to Bali with my  family. Ms Leela helped us plan everything. Initially we were not sure which place to go to, she had given us multiple options to work with and helped us decide on a destination. She was very kind and helpful

If you decide to visit Bali, please plan your vacation for 7-10 days. 5 days is not sufficient to explore the beautiful islands.

I had to update my review after full service. Till Visa process things were fine. We appreciated you guys and gave good feedback on your request. But when coming to tour package services , here are few things for Leela if you can take it positively & its for your benefit ,
1. Please build trust with your customers . At least when a customer trusts you , you also need to have same on them . It can never be only one sided.
2. Need to have good sync up between your own business partners so that no flips / clash of information takes place. Again you need to have some good team no matter its small or big and trust them with there tasks too atleast if not  with customers.
3. Provide transparency to your customers by giving there contact to direct vendors when you are availing the services from vendors. We had to sort and figure out many things on our own abroad because our no. was nowhere in contact details with those vendors.
4. Last but not the least thank you for supporting to your maximum best . We have referred you one of our contacts for some service so that you have a chance to grow and improve in possible areas.

Advice : Every business is a two way deal , trust , honesty and kindness is must to grow in the same.
